The dressing stick is a device that makes several aspects of dressing easier. It can be used similar to a reacher for bringing clothing items up from the floor. In addition it can be used to help push clothing like shoes and socks off, and some come with shoe horns attached to help with putting shoes on again. There are different lengths and styles of dressing stick available to suit your needs, ask your OT what is right for you.<\/span><\/p>\n Use of the Device<\/b><\/p>\n This device is great for individuals who have difficulty bending to dress, or when bending is not recommended by a physician after injury or surgery.
