Apps like the Anymote app, or even some free remote apps online can be used to provide control without having to hold or use a traditional remote control.<\/p>\n<p><b>Use of the Device<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Users of eye tracking, head tracking, or other adapted systems an gain independence and control over their environment with remote apps on the iPad or smartphone. A Smartphone with an Infra Red emitter works best for this, as it will be able to send signals to the TV directly.
